I found the reason at least:
1. the Admin UI calls /files/move/... what is correct. This provides an URL to
the moved file.
2. then the admin UI calls /ingest/addTrack with this URL. The file gets
downloaded from the build in Jetty and is truncated to 2GB by this. Additional
to this the video data in the WFR is doubled!
