Hi folks,
We held the 1.3 release, with a bunch of new(!) bugs reported on list.
I do not, however, see any new bugs in JIRA, and there are currently no
blockers or release blockers. Keeping in mind that as RM I'm only going
by what JIRA tells me, can someone please tell me why, exactly, we are
holding the release?
