May I suggest that this prioritization (of what's in scope for next releases) happen sooner rather than later? Perhaps at tomorrow's meeting, if not on list? There are still 32 Affects 1.3 bugs that aren't set as Fix 1.4. And, a number of the ones that are set to Fix 1.4 are currently unassigned. Of the 32 Affects 1.3 bugs that aren't currently slated to be fixed for 1.4, two of them are Blockers; 7 are Criticals. Without discussion (or arm-twisting) no developers may choose them, which would be very bad for 1.4.
