Yes, Jaime, that's what I meant. I was saying that the only way why some calls
would be successful when the httpd was down is some services accessing from
within the network and not through httpd ("from behind"), and others accessing
through httpd ("from before", so that they have to go through it --sorry, my
mind is so messy sometimes :P). Which anyway is a very unlikely scenario.
So yes, I guess what I tried to say is that there *must* be any problem with
services UI or the logic behind it, but as far as I can tell, it does not seem
to be the heartbeat itself.
