In reply to my own e-mail, and as a follow-up resulting from today's developer 
meeting, I would like to ask everyone to review the list of open items [1] 
currently to be fixed as part of the upcoming 1.4 release, and remove 
everything (fixed version = trunk) that will not make it for 1.4 and can be 
fixed for 1.5.

Whatever remains on the 1.4 list needs to either be an open bug and/or have a 
name assigned to it, which means that you commit to working on it and fix 
possible outstanding problems related to it.

Everything that does not meet any of the above criteria will be batch-moved to 
trunk by next Monday latest.
