Tobias,
Your lists do not include the items that affected 1.3 that have no fix version 
(or have only a past fix version). At the moment, 1 of these is a blocker and 7 
are criticals. 
These are:
MH-8652 Can't install the 3rd Party Tools in CentOS
MH-8614 Edits to Series field in Review/Trim hold state not making it to Engage
MH-8613 Schedule recording UI changes user-entered series to "Series #1" 
without getting permission from user
MH-8594Solr Startup Fails
MH-8655 Epiphan capture gets corrupted when the resolution of the presentation 
changes without disconnecting the signal
MH-8634 Recycled Mediapackage Fails when Launched from Episode Service
MH-8626 Missing REST Documentation
MH-8577 LDAP Authentication

Is the plan that we will wait until the release candidate is cut and see if 
these are still problems and only then assign them to 1.4 (or later)?
