There were several errors here:
1- The error in functions.sh was because the script was using syntax used in
bash 4, while the CentOS releases use an earlier version. A workaround has been
used.
2- The error with sed ("Can't read
/opt/matterhorn/felix/bin/matterhorn_init_d.sh") happened because the init.d
script no longer is where it used to be in the source code. Its location has
been updated.
