This happens when you are using an apache proxy in front of Matterhorn.
Requests to the
/archive/mediapackage/{mediaPackageID}/{mediaPackageElementID}/{version} REST
endpoint are setting a Content-Length header of -1.
The attached patch checks the size of the input stream that is being returned
by this call and sets the Content-Length header appropriately.
