It seems like this problem has a couple of sources:
- inspection service's enrich method does not seem to be overwriting existing
values, may be a problem with parameter passing in the remote implementation
- the mediapackage element should not be serializing lengths that are negative
(change int to Integer?)
- last but not least the episode REST service (and other REST services) should
only be setting the Content-Length header if the length is > 0
