This ticket's resolution requires three steps:
1. Figure out why the search service gets hold of a mediapackage containing
elements that point to the working file repository
2. Fix whatever the reason for 1. is.
3. Make recreation of the search indices based on the database more robust, i.
e. log warnings but keep going.
