Here's sol'n arrived at on list:
--For Matterhorn logo in Engage: If the user has "admin" rights, then send him
to the welcome page. If the user has no "admin" privileges, then send him/her
to the media module.
--IF the user has no "admin" privileges, hide Media Gallery link in the upper
right of the watch page (for these users, the link has duplicate behavior to
Matterhorn logo)
