We have a similar distributed setup (12 agents, 1 admin, 1 engage, 1 worker),
all 1.3.1.
We also experience recordings to hang in status "On Hold" with no status
sometimes (these can be resumed via the workflow REST endpoint), and most of
them with status "Captured: Sending to Processing". I have'nt noticed a
relation to failures on worker yet, but have to check the logs to be sure. It
happens quite often, and preferrably with big things. Will come back when I
have more insight.
