Hi Greg, I am not sure I agree. Technically you are correct that this
functionality has not been there before. However, the reason for it never being
there is that nobody seems to have used the inbox before with a workflow that
requires options to be set. We found this at a customer installation and
thought it was wrong. However, I am certainly ok if you think this is a feature
and is introducing risk.
