By public repositories I meant maven repositories of anything that is _not_ 
directly Matterhorn code, for instance the Opencast maven repository is hosting 
JBoss code which as far as I know is not being used by Matterhorn. Before we 
make a decision about the public repo it'd probably be a good thing to discuss 
this during the next dev meeting.
