I have tried running a two-sequence alignment in progressiveMauve on a Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5, but get the message: "exited with error code: 2", followed by a Mac pop-up message: "You can't open the application progressiveMauve because PowerPC applications are no longer supported". Is it possible to run progressiveMauve with OS X 10.7? Anyone have any suggestions.
