Hi all,
I was having some issues when trying to run progressiveMauve on a linux
server.
Here is my command
$ nohup /usr/local/bin/mauve_2.3.1/./progressiveMauve
--output=HcG186AR_vs_HcG186AR.mauve ~/Hc_seq/HcG186AR/ABBS02.1.fas
~/Hc_seq/HcG186AR/ABBS02.1.fas &
Here is the output error, copied from the nohup file. No additional
information was on the nohup file.
$ Aborted (core dumped) nohup
/usr/local/bin/mauve_2.3.1/./progressiveMauve
--output=HcG186AR_vs_HcG186AR.mauve ~/Hc_seq/HcG186AR/ABBS02.1.fas
~/Hc_seq/HcG186AR/ABBS02.1.fas
