I too have received numerous "-1073741819" errors in Mauve 2.4. I just
hadn't gotten around to reporting it yet.
However, running the same analyses in Mauve 2.3.1 didn't give me the same
error. So even though it doesn't fix the problem in 2.4, that might be one
way to bypass the issue.
