Mauve version: snapshot_2015_02_13 build 0. OS: Ubuntu 12.04 I run progressive mauve with 60 genomes all about 2mbp. Did it from the GUI. It took a loooong time, but in the end progressive mauve finished.
But I got a lot of the following error messages at the end: "This line could not be parsed: seq:ggt)" AND I got no output in the ouput directory :-( I could find a file "mauve,cache" in the /tmp directory. Can I somehow extract the results from there? Or how else can I acces the rusults now?
