Very few games available compiled for m68k Linux.

I think the debian installer will identify the partitions by number, not
label. It should also format the partitions for ext2 (the format most Linux
distros use). All you need to do is create the partitions and label/format
the Mac OS partition for HFS with the Mac-based partitioning software. I
used Apple HD SC Setup 7.3.5 when I tried Debian m68k.
