Dear Cameron:
It's been a little while since we last conversed by email. If you recall, I
had been having problems configuring my NetBSD 1.4.2 on my LCIII. Well, I
installed a fresh system on my LCIII and finally got rc_configured=YES to
stick. But now I'm having problems in trying to add an user to the system.
I followed the online installation tutorial at
http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/m68k/theobald/, but when I entered useradd -m
..... a message was generated by the system which said, "useradd: group
users not found". I did notice during start up two lines in reference to
users not being available and they were:
1) ld config: /usr/pkg/lib: No such file or directory
2) ld config: /usr/X11R6/lib: No such file or directory
What's happened?
Roland :)
