Hello Russell,

The only Linux-based Windows Emulator I know of is WINE (
http://www.winehq.com/ ), but I have no idea if you can use it on a PPC
based machine or not.  

Then, there is also "Lindows" OS, but I think I heard that it's using
WINE for its compatibility with Windows programs.
