Nope, wine is just an api emulator you still need an x86 cpu to run windows software. Much like mac-on-linux doesn't work on x86. As for a linux based x86 emulator try Bochs (bochs.sourceforge.net ?) that will do windows, or pretty much any x86 os, though don't expect it to be fast ;-) Kyle.
