This is a lot more frequent than you would think..
The RedHat ( and Fedora ) installer has an option to check your CD's at the start of the install.
Do you have this choice using the text install on YDL? It has been some time since I did a fresh YDL install, I can't remember.
I never use the graphical install, I find the text installer is less troublesome, and you can switch to alternate terminals to check the progress of the install, etc.
