So this worked, and the database is back online, thanks a lot.
Now, the problem is that my data are not there. I had whole bunch of
tables and data in them under different user and when I login as DBA/DBA
the user is not there, and therefore I cannot even see my tables (in SQL
Studio).
When I try t create the user, I get following error
Auto Commit: On, SQL Mode: Internal, Isolation Level: Not Committed
General error;-6006 POS(1) Duplicate name.
create user xxxx password yyyy resource

Hello Miro,
sorry for the inconvenience. Ok that is now a bug in the DBMGUI. Until
that bug is fixed, you have two options:
A) Use an older DBMGUI (if you still have one)
B) Create the Database as before, bring it to mode ADMIN (as before),
clear the log volume ("dbmcli -d ... -u ...,... -uUTL -c util_execute
clear log"), restore the data backup and bring the database to mode ONLINE.
