In sqlstudio, the sysdba user is able to use the visual database object builder tools(create table,sequence, ...) while a resource user is not able to use these tools and can only create database objects using written DDL. Where does that restriction come from? Can I change that?
According to the docs sysdba and domain user are both owner of the system tables, though both apparently different tables. What is the difference?
