Python2.2 Tkinter.StringVar() sends values as unicode strings in INSERT
statements. Fetched values can be displayed in iso-8859-15 strings using
Tkinter but cannot using xsql or dbmcli. Neither can loadercli with
DATAEXTRACT command.
Python2.3 Tkinter.StringVar() is better but cannot be used at this
moment. May be later With MaxDB ?
Any hints, options I missed ?
DEFAULT_CODE is ASCII
_UNICODE is NO
