Hi All,
we are using a machine with 128MB RAM and 1.6 GH
pentium 4.We conducted a performance test for sql
server and maxdb on windows . sql server took 43
seconds for insertion of 15000 records while maxdb was
able to complete the task in 61 sec.Our client program
was written vb 6.0 and used odbc driver 7.5 for
maxdb.Any suggestion regarding improving performance
of maxdb with visual basic 6.0.
Is maxdb ready for mission
critical application or should we wait for next release.
