Windows NT 4 is not a supported platform for MaxDB 7.5 and "GlobalMemoryStatusEx" is definitely a funktion requiring Windows2000 or newer. I've heard that the 'Windows Platform SDK for NT 4.0" contains some of these functions. The SDK is a free download from Microsoft. It does seem to replace some system libraries, so I'd hesitate to install it on a productive server.
