Thanks for your reply, at least I know it is being looked at.

In the meantime, is there an earlier 7.5.00 kernel build around that
doesn't have the problem (without going back to a SAPDB 7.4 build)? I
don't mind downgrading for a bit as I need to do a couple of weeks of
testing my solution before anyone else will be using it (but I can't
test until I get the ODBC connection working).
