Oh, yes, really. A very small list out of them can be found in
http://www.sapdb.org/pdf/teched2002.pdf slides 13/14, just to show that 
we are not talking only about small companies...

YES.
SQL92 Entry-Level + referential constraints + dbprocedures/triggers
(and in the newest version user-defined functions) + x further things.
