Update your /etc/ld.so.conf: add an entry to the libsqlod.so path
Here are two lines I needed to add in my Debian box:
/usr/local/sapdb/indep_prog/lib/
/usr/local/sapdb/indep_prog/web/lib/
then run /sbin/ldconfig (as root)
and enjoy (I hope so...)
