Hello Si Chen,

please look (e.g. using the DBMGUI) whether your database is full (i.e.
the usage of the data or log volumes is near or equal to 100%). 

If the data volumes are full, add another data volume.

If the log volumes are full, you should make a log backup and/or 
possible enable automatic log backup.
