Hi,

by now it is impossible to resize database-volumes. In Release 7.6 it
will be
possible to resize the datavolumes by dropping them.
Do not use param_addvolume for resizing existing volumes, because your
database
may become inconsistent.

Kind regards, Martin

Subject: Resise DB Volume

All,

to me the doc about param_addvolume is not 100% clear with regard to
resizing: is it possible to use this to set a new volume size and have
it extended that way? Or would the effect simply be that the new size
is stored somewhere without actually changing the volume?

ent.htm

Thx!

Kind regards

robert
