We do not have experience with MaxDB in TB area. From what I know with smaller databases I would not trade in an Oracle for MaxDB. My reasons: - MaxDB uses up disk space significantly faster than Oracle (twice as fast for our app) - MaxDB is significantly slower (seconds vs. hours for some queries) - We recently stepped into erros that had me start questioning the reliability of MaxDB. YMMV though. Kind regards robert -- MaxDB Discussion Mailing List For list archives: http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb To unsubscribe: http://lists.mysql.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]
