Did you perform the failing test on Dec 21st with /opt/sdb/programs/bin added to the PATH or without? After you have started the scheduler with scheduler_start, you have a process .../dbmsrvscd running, this is the scheduler. Could you please post the PATH environment of this process also? Please make sure you do this in an unmodified installation.
