I have find the reason.
Owner of /opt/sdb/programs/bin/starter/sdbstarter was sdb:sdba. But
should be 0:sdba. This is my mistake, not installer.
Now scheduler and dbanalyzer work well. Thanks.
But I steel have problem with load balancing. I've just installed maxdb
7.6.00.16 32bit on other server. I can't activate load balancing on it too.
