How can i fix this, i searched thru the list and can't seem to find any

we compare the configured size of a volume with the formatted size
during restart.
The size of 12544000 ~ 100MB looks very plausible so the formatted size
stored in the info page in front of the volume is broken.
The question is: what happened to the volume, so that your data is
corrupted? You can try to patch the wrong size in the first bytes of
your volume, but you will get further errors with this corrupted
data volume.
So it's best to check your hardware for I/O errors and recover from
your backups.
Is this a raw data volume?
