I changed the maxcpu parameter to 1. Lets see what happens.

You get 2 processors but you also get that with 1 CPU and HT enabled. If
you have only 1 single core CPU, set MAYCPU to 1, really.

BTW, how is your real memory usage? It looks a bit high for me considering
you "only" have 1Gb RAM.
