I am using 54% of swap area. Can you look at the first message that I sent
and evaluate the vmstat output?

No, not for this amount of physical memory. It was the case, in the
"past", when physical memory was small.

I do not think so. Some parts of the executable code segment can be
swapped
by the kernel, because they are accessed only when the executable is
run, some pages are swapped because of their age...
See vmstat for io concerning the swap area (and the man page).
