I would second this for the exact same reason. Decoupling Legal troubles from a 
'natural person' to a 'legal person' is a sound way of handling potential 
infringement/... issues/complaints, especially regarding something as complex 
as Copyright/Trademark laws (on which not two countries agree upon).
