Hi Alberto, Indexes are updated automatically when modifying metadata or adding and removing documents, but when you make changes to the template of the index, you have to go to the -tools menu- and under -maintenance- button, use the -Rebuild indexes- action to delete and recreate the indexes following the new template changes.
