Select a document, under the document tabs select 'Folders', at the bottom 
of the right menu bar you will find the command:

Other available actions
   
   - Add to a folder <http://127.0.0.1:8000/folders/document/1/folder/add/>

 

The next version got delayed because a last minute addition is being made, 
I can squeeze adding bulk documents to folders from the document list view 
if you think that would be usefull.
