Revised instructions for using the VirtualBox disk image, thanks to Chris
Patterson:

   - Download, unzip and create a virtual machine with this disk image.
      - The virtual machine must be setup with it’s network card in
      ‘Bridge’ mode so that *Mayan EDMS* may be accessible.
      - Use: “Linux, 64bit Ubuntu” when setting up the virtual machine
   - Boot the virtual machine, login (Username: mayan & Password: edms) and
   type:
      - sudo rm /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules && sudo reboot
      (password is edms)
   - After reboot login again to get the IP address.
   - Browse to the IP address of the virtual machine from a web browser.
