I've updated to 2.0.2 and I see the bug relating to optional metadata has been resolved, but I wonder if the current implementation has a bit of an issue. When submitting a document, all metadata fields - required and optional - have the update checkbox selected by default. This means that if I do not select any item in the dropdown menu for the optional metadata fields, those fields will get written to with a blank (i.e. the metadata will read: OptionalFieldName - ) instead of being left out completely. Shouldn't optional metadata fields have the checkbox unchecked and if they are selected, then the user should check the checkbox to update the field?
