The good news is that in the next release of Mayavi and the ETS, this will be fixed, as the ETS will no longer be relying on namespace package. The bad news is that all the import paths will change (the 'enthought' prefix will disappear: enthought.mayavi.mlab -> mayavi.mlab). > And everything works.
