Hi Kevin, A quick fix should be to use Maypole::Constants in your driver, that should stop the error , but I need to look into the other behaviour wrt the frontpage a bit more and try and make sure that it JustWorks(TM) if you move older code to 2.12 without having to add 'use Maypole::Constants'.
