You’re right. I followed the instructions to activate plugins on server (forgive me, it’s the first time I use plugins on a server). I also rebooted the server and the plugin is now running, but I still can’t connect to port 9999, neither with a browser nor with PacketSender application. I created a Windows Firewall rule for TCP port 9999 (in and out), but nothing changes. Although, I think the problem now is not about the plugin itself but about reaching the port 9999.
