I read somewhere in documentation that the process switch delay incurred by 
using UseSafethreading = true   has been reduced from around 10ms down to 1ms  
for OSX when using Carbonevents.
With things going "Cocoa",  is there any chance that this  latency can be 
reduced further  ?   Ideally I would like to be able to process audio down to 
as little as 64 frame block sizes  which is of the order of 1.5ms.
