This tells the plugin to look for libraries with names "libgds.dylib" or 
"libfbclient.dylib".
You probably want to change that to point to a file directly.

I just downloaded Firebird.framework (32 bit version!) and in my framework I 
downloaded, there is a libfbclient.dylib inside.

So you should simply tell the plugin that library is in 
/Library/Frameworks/Firebird.framework/Versions/A/Libraries/libfbclient.dylib
