Looks like we need to trap and use the QTMovieNaturalSizeDidChangeNotification
and adjust the underlying holders for things.

Either that or find a way to suppress the silly animated Q for quicktime that
plays at the beginning of a streaming movie and what is causing the natural
size of my movie to have to change in the first place. I'd rather just get an
event or just check back the loading state and display my own wait indication.

But somehow there needs to be a way for a movie to respond to a change in it's
size.

Thanks,
        James
